Community Services and Programs
Community Services and Programs (CSP) manages a system of community based supports and services for persons with disabilities, which are delivered in partnership with organized networks and funded through a variety of federal, state, local, and private sources. Community service providers include a variety of private not-for-profit and for-profit organizations as well as governmental entities.
The goal of CSP is to provide resources and processes to assist Kansans with disabilities. CSP manages federal and state funding sources, develops and monitors the implementation of quality assurance processes, determines the effectiveness of services delivered, and ensures accountability for service utilization and expenditures.
