On Tuesday, November 8, 2011 Governor Sam Brownback, with the Medicaid Sub-Cabinet, which consists of Lt. Governor Jeff Colyer M.D., Secretary Robert Moser M.D. and Secretary Shawn Sullivan, announced KanCare a new Medicaid integrated care model.
