Eva Ramey Hayes joined the KDADS HCBS Compliance team in May 2022. She has a bachelor's degree from Eastern New Mexico University and career experience in teaching and advocating for the vulnerable for the state of Texas in outreach, casework, counseling, program standards, management, integrity, compliance, and workplace and labor laws. Her track record exceeded goals ahead of schedule, developed processes to achieve success, and grew a major program that had a long history of failing to serve at 50% into serving successfully at 100% in under 3 years. That performance led to opportunities in area supervision and human resources in the private sector, where she continued exceeding goals ahead of schedule, developing processes to achieve success, and implementing systems to meet timelines in regular operation. She also oversaw team building, leadership and personnel development, area management, and supervision and actively served in her community for its growth and development. There’s no place like home, though, and Eva is honored to be serving her home state of Kansas on the HCBS Compliance team.
