Board of Adult Care Home Administrators (BACHA)
The Board aims to protect the public by regulating Adult Care Home Administrators. Through its program, the Board examines persons seeking to be licensed as Adult Care Home Administrators, establishes standards for the practice of adult care home administration, and requires adherence to those standards. As such, its activities consist of regulation, examination, and administration.

Disciplinary Actions
K.S.A. 65-3508 (a) through (k) outlines circumstances when the license of an adult care home administrator may be denied, revoked or suspended and when the person holding an administrator license may be reprimanded, censured or otherwise disciplined by the Board, after notice and opportunity for a hearing conducted by the Board in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas Administrative Procedures Act.
