The Individuals with Developmental Disability (I/ID) Licensing Division approves I/ID day, residential, and targeted case management providers for state licensure purposes. These responsibilities are accomplished through administrative review of initial qualifications, in-person surveys to ensure ongoing compliance with state regulations, and follow-up on complaints received.
