Quality Assurance Audit Review Process
Audit reviews will be conducted at one location per Area Agency on Aging (AAA) starting the 1st quarter of the state fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024) to minimize cost and enhance time efficiency. KDADS will notify each AAA two weeks in advance before the audit. A list of individual files being reviewed will be provided during that time. This will allow each AAA time to ensure the file is at the location identified below. Failure to have a file onsite at the time of the audit will result in the file being scored as non-compliant.
