Eligibility
To be eligible for Medicaid-funded ICF-IID, an individual must meet the following criteria:
- Have active treatment needs as defined by 42 CFR §483.440;
- Be determined program eligible by your local CDDO;
- Meet the level of care eligibility criteria;
- Be financially eligible for Medicaid.
Application
To apply for admission to an ICF-IID contact your local Community Development Disability Organization (CDDO). The CDDO will assist and guide applicants through the process. KDADS, the MCO, the ICF and the CDDO work together to determine eligibility for admission.
