Registration is now open for the 2025 Kansas SHICK/MIPPA/SMP Coordinator Conference, which will be held April 22 and 23, 2025 in Wichita, KS.
Conference and Hotel Registration
The annual Kansas SHICK/MIPPA/SMP Coordinator Conference is an educational conference for SHICK, MIPPA, and SMP program coordinators statewide. The 2025 conference will be held Tuesday, April 22 and Wednesday, April 23 at the Wingate by Wyndham Wichita Airport in Wichita, KS. Each attendee should complete a registration form.

What’s Included
Conference registration includes up to two nights stay as needed based on travel time from your location (generally two hours or over) on April 21 and 22, 2025; and hot breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on April 22 and 23, 2025. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Hotel reservations will be made by KDADS.
Registration
Registration is available to all SHICK, MIPPA, and SMP program coordinators or their designee. All SHICK/MIPPA/SMP subgrantee program coordinators must attend this training conference as part of their grant agreement. Agencies may invite one additional guest, determined by their director. For 2025 budget and planning purposes, conference lodging and lunch are complimentary for attendees. Coordinators should plan to attend the entire conference.
Lunch Options
Lunch will be provided both days. A lunch buffet will be provided on April 22 and a box lunch on April 23. Please choose your sandwich option on the registration form.
