Conference and Hotel Registration

The annual Kansas SHICK/MIPPA/SMP Coordinator Conference is an educational conference for SHICK, MIPPA, and SMP program coordinators statewide. The 2026 conference will be held Tuesday, April 14 and Wednesday, April 15 at the Hampton Inn Express & Suites--Hays, 4002 General Hays Rd, Hays, KS 67601.

Each attendee should complete a registration form.

Important Information

Conference registration includes up to two nights stay as needed on April 13 and 14, 2026; and breakfast as provided by the hotel, on April 14 and 15, 2026. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Hotel reservations will be made by KDADS.

Registration

Registration is available to all SHICK, MIPPA, and SMP program coordinators or their designee. All SHICK/MIPPA/SMP subgrantee are required to attend this training conference as part of their grant agreement. Agencies may invite up to two attendees, determined by their director. For 2026 budget and planning purposes, conference lodging is complimentary for attendees. Attendees should plan to attend the entire conference.
