The Office of Administrative Hearings is responsible for conducting all Fair Hearings and listen to all appeals submitted to them regarding decisions by the Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF), Kansas Department of Health & Environment (KDHE), Division of Health Care Finance, Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services, and the Kansas Department of Administration/Office of General Services (State Debt-setoff Program).

Requests for Fair Hearings must be made in writing and submitted to:

Consumer satisfaction surveys will periodically measure how mental health services affect Members. KDADS is committed to making sure consumers and their families have a voice in giving feedback on the services and care they receive. Consumer satisfaction surveys are used to monitor-
