Kansas SPF-PFS Initiative is a federal grant awarded to Kansas by the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), which is a part of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The primary goal of the grant is to prevent underage drinking as well as binge drinking in targeted communities across that state that demonstrate high need.
