FMS stands for Financial Management Services. It is a special help for people who need support at home or in their community. Sometimes, people with disabilities or older adults get money from the government to hire helpers, like someone to cook, clean, or help with daily needs. FMS helps them take care of that money the right way.

FMS ensures the helpers get paid, that taxes are taken out correctly, and that everything follows the rules. It’s like having a money helper who keeps track of paychecks and paperwork, so the person getting support can focus on living a happy, healthy life.
