KDADS contracted with an interdisciplinary team at the University of Kansas to study the waiting lists for Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD) and Physical Disability (PD) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waivers. The project aims to inform KDADS' decision-making regarding system capacity and reduce the waiting lists.
