New Day Services: Transformation Grant

The application for the New Day Services: Transformation Grant closed on April 14, 2025. In July 2025, KDADS distributed almost $5 million in grants to over 35 organizations to help strengthen Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) in Kansas.

Grantees can use these funds to modify their programs to align with proposed unbundled Day Services definitions, gain or renew accreditations, and offer professional development opportunities for their staff. Click the button below to view the list of grantees.
